Hey there, I’m Maya Mosley— a lifelong believer in the power of women owning their narrative.
Like so many ambitious women, I’ve been in rooms where my ideas were strong, but my image wasn’t fully aligned with the influence I wanted to have. Over the years, I learned that presence isn’t just about style—it’s about strategy. That lesson inspired me to create the Ivywood Group, an Image Architecture firm dedicated to helping women executives, leaders, and founders design how the world experiences them.
With 15+ years leading global events, branding campaigns, and executive programs in corporate industries from luxury beauty to tech, I’ve seen firsthand how perception shapes opportunity. My work has been about more than creating beautiful visuals—it’s been about building platforms for women to be seen, respected, and remembered.
When I’m not architecting images or curating experiences, you’ll find me mentoring future leaders, serving my community, strolling through a museum while listening to a good playlist, or recharging with some RHWOP after yoga.
